The smart dog collar itself is connected to an IOS app that collects dog heart rate data and stores it in a cloud service. Currently, on Indiegogo, Inupathy offers a discounted price of $199, a normal crowdfunding price of $249, and a $499 fee if you need to customize it.
According to the Indiegogo crowdfunding activity page, if they can achieve the $30,000 crowdfunding goal, they will use the scale production method to create the Inupathy collar. If it fails to reach $30,000, Yamaguchi will still manufacture the product for each supporter, except that he will manufacture each product through 3D printing, which may not be as soft and waterproof.
